Job Overview:
Scalero is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to handle various administrative tasks. This position will start on an hourly basis with the possibility of moving to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key tasks include contract management, invoicing, payment management, and coordinating with our accountant.
Key responsibilities:
Contract Management: Create, manage, and organize contracts, ensuring timely renewals.
Invoicing: Prepare, send, track, and record client invoices.
Payment Management: Process and reconcile payments, addressing discrepancies.
Communications: work directly with our accounting team to reconcile unknown expenses and sales.
Prospect replies: manage the inbox for inbound and outbound prospects in partnership with Co-CEO’s
Marketing: work on various marketing tasks, including social media posts, blog management, and website content updates.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a VA or in a similar administrative role.
Understanding of contract management, invoicing, and payment processes.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a VA is a plus.
Knowledge of financial software.
