  • 3 years minimum experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar HR-related field

  • Comfortable with teamwork, ambiguity, experimentation in a startup environment.

  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR.


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with recruiting on LinkedIn, Wellfound, Behance, and Upwork.

  • Previous experience with task-organizing tools such as Notion, Trello, or equivalents.
