Job Overview

You will be involved in the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and creative industry. Ultimately, a thriving junior graphic designer should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company’s vision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Image editing and retouching

  • Branding development (following client’s brand guidelines)

  • Design graphic material for online marketing (banners, displays, gifs, social media) Working with other designers to establish templates and design systems.

  • Receiving feedback from clients and teammates on designs


Nice to have

  • Good at illustration

  • Animation and video editing (after effects, premiere...)

  • Producing and presenting layout and mockups of emails

  • UI/UX skills

  • Figma skills


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. We need to communicate effectively and clearly. English is the common denominator language. You'll have strong communication skills: the ability to explain your thought process and present to the team or client, be active on internal channels, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related major or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years of visual design experience, preferably some in an agency or startup environment.

  • Adobe Creative Suite should be core element of your toolbox

  • Some familiarity with nuances of email designs and builds

  • A critical and visually quick eye with a special sensitivity for design

  • Creativity, a lot of creativity

  • Excellent communicator

  • Good feedback management to improve and learn; flexible approach

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines or last minute changes

  • You are self-demanding and used to high quality standards

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design system process, components, animations, or the latest relevant work
