By working closely with our dynamic team, the Content & Brand Marketing Coordinator will enhance our brand's engagement and connection with our audience, furthering our goal of youth development..
Responsabilities:
Design Oversight (40%): Lead the creative direction for all visual content, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print materials. This includes the creation of engaging flyers, presentations, graphic element variations, newsletters, email templates, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our mission and attract our target audience.
Content Creation & Blog Management (30%): Generate a diverse range of high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our blog and social media channels. Oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent publication of engaging and informative content to interact with our community. Collaborate with New York based photographers and Marketing Coordinator to construct the content calendar and publication across mediums. Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
SEO Optimization & Website Management (10%): Implement SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines. Manage the front-end of our website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and reflects our brand's values.
Video Editing (10%): Produce and manage video strategy and content that aligns with our brand messaging and mission, creating compelling narratives that engage our audience and highlight our initiatives in youth development.
Analytics & Impact Reporting (5%): Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
Collaborative Innovation (5%): Work across departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the organization's overall goals, promoting a culture of brand advocacy and innovation.
Skills required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, and design.
Strong skills in design and video/photo editing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in SEO tools, CMS, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Early adopter and eager learner of artificial intelligence tools to help drive creative marketing workstreams.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
