The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for building engaging and high quality marketing camapigns for our clients. They will be responsible for setting up, testing and sending email marketing, in-app and sms marketing campaigns for clients. They will work together with our email developers, account managers and designers to put together client's requests and iterate according to best practices and insights.

  • Setting up, testing and sending email marketing, in-app and sms marketing campaigns for clients.

  • Work together with our email developers, account managers and designers to put together client's requests and iterate according to best practices and insights.


Nice to have
  • If you have previous email marketing experience it would be ideal, but not mandatory

  • If you have used tools like MailChimp, Braze, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Simon Data or Customer.io also a plus)


Qualifications

  • Have a passion for helping clients succeed

  • Strong services mentality, ability to handle multiple requests at once

  • 1-2 years experience in email marketing and/or CRM

  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS

  • Flexibility to work in different platforms (ESPs/CRMs/CDPs)

  • Previous experience with analytical/reporting/BI tools/databases a plus

  • Comfortable with project management tools (we use Notion)

  • Excitement about building a company from the ground up

  • Proficient English level is a must

  • Solid communication and language skills, as well as analytical skills

  • Client solutions/customer success experience a plus but not a requirement
