Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend technologies, databases, and server-side logic. They should be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and technical designs into well-engineered code

• Communicate and coordinate with US staff. You must be able to communicate with developers, account managers, designers and email HTML developers.

• Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems, including data protection measures.

• Optimize application performance through code reviews, performance tuning, and identifying bottlenecks.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ year of engineering experience with Python

• Use of the Django framework with the Django REST toolkit

• Interested in design to code workflows

• Proactive mindset

• Fluent in both written and spoken English. We need to communicate effectively and clearly. English is the common denominator language. You'll have strong communication skills: the ability to explain your thought process and present to the team or client, be active on internal channels, etc.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

2. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

3. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
