You are a detail-oriented Art Director who's a creative problem solver, dedicated brand steward, and design enthusiast who will help build and manage a leading innovative organization with strong conceptual thinking. You will be working with a Fashion industry client, and most importantly, you will be a strong leader and mentor for a talented design team.
Responsabilities:
Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster their growth and creativity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns, email newsletters, social media content, and more.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies into our projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to meet business objectives.
Skills required:
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
3 years minimum experience in managing & supervising product design & art direction projects within at least a mid-sized team.
5+ years of visual design experience, preferably some in an agency or startup environment.
7 years minimum full-time experience working in the creative industry.
Figma and Adobe Creative Suite should be core elements of your toolbox.
Comfortable with teamwork, ambiguity, experimentation firm leadership experience from a startup team preferred.
Master's degree or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in design/interaction/product/art.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Experience in UI/UX, familiarity with various prototyping tools.
Previous experience as a web developer or Information architect is a strong positive.
Previous experience with task organizing tools such as Notion, Trello, or equivalents.
