Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in different industries, and you will have opportunity to work with a variety of ETL tools, reverse-ETL tools, CDPs, lifecycle marketing tools, data warehouses and analytics tools.

  • Familiarize yourself with lifecycle marketing and CRM

  • Stay current with what’s happening marketing-automation, data engineering and analytics

  • Deliver value to services clients

  • Be available on-demand for client needs

  • Be a trusted advisor and a leading resource clients can rely on


Qualifications

  • Have a passion for helping clients succeed

  • Strong services mentality, ability to handle multiple requests at once

  • 2-5 years experience in data, analytics, and/or engineering

  • Previous experience with analytical/reporting/BI tools/databases

  • Comfortable with project management tools (we use Notion)

  • Solid communication and language skills, as well as analytical skills

  • Analyze data to provide insights and drive strategy for clients

  • Help setup and manage ETL and reverse-ETL processes to bring data in and out of lifecycle marketing tools like Iterable, Braze, Customer.io and Klaviyo

  • Create dashboards with SQL on platforms like Looker, Tableau, Mode and others

  • Build SQL queries in CDPs like Simon Data to power lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys

  • Work with client-side tracking tools like Google Analytics and Heap
